Description
A classic, cosy beanie worked in the round from the brim up, with a neat folded 2×2 rib cuff and a smooth stockinette crown — simple enough for a confident beginner, satisfying enough for any knitter.
Materials
- Yarn: Worsted / Aran weight yarn — approximately 425 m (465 yds). Pictured in a navy blue wool-blend.
- Needles: 6.0 mm (US 10) circular needle, 40 cm (16") length, or DPNs as preferred. Switch to DPNs or magic loop when the crown becomes too narrow for the circular.
- Notions: 1 stitch marker (for beginning of round), tapestry needle for finishing.
